In my opinion, this is the best Ramen in Singapore.
There are only 2 outlets in Singapore, The Central @ Clarke Quay and Liang Court. After much recommendation, Kless finally had a chance to try it for herself. Verdict: Pass! =)
There aren’t much choices on the menu, but one is enough! The stock is chicken based, a different taste compared to the usual ramen found around. You can order the spicy soup to spice up your taste buds.
The noodle is very tender and the egg is heavenly. Soft inside, you can taste the watery egg yolk.
One side dish to recommend is this spicy dumpling.
